First of all, we're excited to help you bring your food beyond the table. I hope it'll bring more dollars in the door for you - keeping you focused on the passion of food and not the stress of potential closure. After seeing so many my favorite local restaurants close, I knew something had to be done to change the tight economics of running a kitchen. This is our way of helping out, even if it's a little selfish because we love our local restaurants.
